We want you to love your new Kickers, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unwanted items back into their original shoebox and secure them in a protective outer mailing bag or box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
